1. Scope and operator
This notice covers the PROMIADA storefront, design tools, creator hub and merchant portal. The operator is HONG KONG LINGHANG GLOBAL LIMITED (香港領航環球有限公司), Hong Kong incorporation certificate No. 81281423. Contact: in@promiada.com. Business and return addresses remain to be supplied before payment is enabled. The actual seller of merchant goods must also be identified before a transaction.
2. Accounts and acceptable use
Provide accurate contact and delivery information, protect your password, and do not impersonate others, upload unlawful or infringing content, disrupt services or access another account’s private data. Report account issues through support; never send passwords or verification codes to support.
3. Products, prices and order confirmation
Listings, previews, shopping-bag entries and quote requests are not proof of payment or production. Before purchase, confirm the seller, specifications, quantity, availability, currency, total, shipping, taxes and timing. Online payment and automatic fulfilment are not yet enabled. Price corrections must not trigger additional charges without consent; inability to fulfil agreed terms requires an explanation and applicable cancellation/refund options.
4. Currencies and coupons
Local-currency displays are indicative conversions; the settlement currency and amount must be disclosed before payment. SAVE15 is based on USD 15 and applies only to eligible online ready-made goods, not custom manufacturing, 3D services or merchant plans. Eligibility and the actual discount are calculated by the server. Coupons are not cash or a withdrawal entitlement.
5. Disputes and updates
Keep listing details, confirmations, order references and correspondence, and contact support about problems. Platform review and seller rules do not reduce mandatory consumer rights. This notice does not impose mandatory arbitration, a class-action waiver or an unconfirmed jurisdiction. Material changes should be communicated and must not retroactively remove rights under confirmed orders.
